Paris Hilton is suing Hallmark, the greeting cards maker for not getting her permission for using her likeness.

Hollywood red-carpet fixture Paris Hilton is suing Hallmark Cards for using her likeness without permission, TMZ.com reported Friday.

The lawsuit was filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles and asks for damages in excess of $100,000.

The suit claimed Hallmark created a greeting card that said “Paris’ First Day as a Waitress” and features a picture of Hilton’s face on a cartoon waitress serving food that says: “Don’t touch that, it’s hot. What’s hot? That’s hot.”

“That’s hot” is a catch-phrase of Hilton’s.

The heiress and former reality TV star said she was moved to sue the card company because Hallmark “failed to properly obtain (her) approval.”

A rep for Hallmark did not immediately return TMZ’s call for comment.
