Body Shop Founder, Anita Roddick Passed Away at 64 From Brain Haemorrhage

Anita Roddick passed away at 64.

BODY Shop founder, Dame Anita Roddick, has died aged 64.

Her family confirmed in a statement that she died of a “major brain haemorrhage” at 6.30pm this evening.

Her husband, Gordon, and daughters Sam and Justine were all with her at St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester.

Dame Anita had been admitted to the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit yesterday evening.

In February this year, the animal rights campaigner revealed she was carrying the hepatitis C virus.
