Jojo wore a really garish dress to Fashion Week. While the dress could look horrible on someone like say, Victoria Beckham but Jojo could definitely rock it.
I’m guessing that pretty, cherubic face manage to soften the colours of the dress. How old is she again? Yeah, 16. She better enjoy it while it lasts.
