Kristen Bell looks great in her blue tube dress at the 59th Annual Emmy Awards.
It’s actually a very similar dress to Ali Larter’s, but Bell wears it so much better than Larter.
I think it’s the colour. Powder blue is a more complimenting colour for fair skin than red.
