A former bodyguard to Britney Spears has been revealed as the secret witness in her custody battle for her children with Kevin Federline.

The man, Tony Barretto has alleged that there were issues of nudity, drugs and safety related to the children. Will this man cause Britney Spears to lose her children?

Tony Barretto, 28, was prepared to testify about “issues of nudity by Ms. Spears, drug use and safety issues involving the children” that he witnessed as her bodyguard before she fired him on May 17, says Barretto’s attorney, Gloria Allred, who brought him to court. Instead of testifying, his written allegations were entered into court as evidence.

I hope all these claims by Tony Barretto would turn out to be nothing more than absurd, baseless stuff. Britney Spears is pretty much down and out. Her lawyer and management have also decided to leave her at this critical time.

Britney Spears’s manager has quit – issuing a statement Monday just hours after her lawyer also stopped representing her.

“It saddens us to confirm media reports that we have terminated our professional relationship with Britney Spears,” her management company The Firm said in the statement. “We believe Britney is enormously talented, and has made a terrific record. But current circumstances have prevented us from properly doing our job. We wish Britney the best.”

The statement didn’t say what those circumstances were.

Earlier in the day, Laura Wasser stepped down as her attorney in the custody battle with Kevin Federline. Wasser said Spears would be in “excellent hands” with her replacement and added, “I don’t want anyone to perceive that we’re dumping Britney.”

Her husband has left her, then her parents, followed by her lawyer and now her manager. Even her children might leave her if she lost the custody case.
