Katy Perry Lights up Costume Institute Gala

Katy Perry brought it up a notch by wearing a dress with its own lighting system to the Costume Institute Gala. Surprisingly, Katy’s beauty did was not overshadowed by her quite ugly dress.
I have to say she’s one of the most gorgeous entertainers out there now.
Russel Brand was no where to be seen. I suspect he was hiding somewhere controlling the lights.
